Depuis lors, ils sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s biologiquement et en plein air et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;une alimentation naturelle et grandissent \u00e0 leur propre rythme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous la marque Francette, pr\u00e9nom de sa m\u00e8re qui lui a transmis son savoir-faire ancestral, Xavier et son \u00e9quipe pr\u00e9parent terrines, confits, magrets s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et fum\u00e9s, foie gras, au rythme de la ferme, lentement, sans additifs, ni sels nitrites ou nitrates, sans gluten, et ce dans le respect de la tradition et des recettes familiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00bb Je cuisine tous mes produits avec amour car mes premiers d\u00e9gustateurs et fans sont mes enfants et feu ma femme, j&rsquo;aime leur apporter ce bonheur dans leur assiette \u00ab\u00a0, confie
